Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders in the USA receive free shipping on orders over $65 USD, otherwise, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days.

Upon checkout, you’ll see an estimated shipping date provided by the carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS). Please note, this reflects the time it takes for the package to arrive after it has been shipped—not from the date you place your order.

Lost Orders
If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Parcels
Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit minus initial shipping & return shipping costs, given there was no error made on our end.

Sometimes shipping temperatures can affect the final consistency of our products, please ask us to send the replacement if you think this could have happened to you.
